The Family of Rhonda Kay Spellar will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at East Tennessee Funeral Home on Friday, March 31, 2017 with Services to Follow at 8:00 pm in the Chapel with Brother Lee Gragg Officiating. Graveside services with be at East Tennessee Cemetery at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 1, 2017.

The family requests in leiu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to East Tennessee Funeral Home,
2630 Highway 75 Blountville, Tennessee.

Rhonda Kay Millhorn Spellar of Kingsport went home to be with The Lord on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. She was a Member of Free Gift Gospel Mission. She loved the outdoors and loved being with her family.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her Grandparents: R.M. & Verna Hunsucker and her Parents: Richard & Mary Millhorn. Survivors include: Her Daughter: Jennifer Gragg (Lee) of Kingsport and Son Kevin Spellar (Brittany) of Kingsport, Sisters: Penny Hale (Jack) of Teleford and Pam Salyer (Shawn) of Kingsport, Aunts: Leo Taylor, Malinda Lucas (Harold) and Sandra Mounger (Mike), Grandchildren: Mackenzie Gragg, Michael Gragg and Matthew Gragg. Fur Baby: George. Several Nieces and Nephews.
