Teddy Bear

John was like a big teddy bear to me... always gentle, happy, and friendly. He was a very postive influence on me during my teenage years. I always felt welcome in the MacDonald home. John ALWAYS gave me a compliment - every time I saw him. I once went on a holiday with the MacDonalds. John would have something positive to say every day - often many times a day. He was a very positive person. He was always interested in what I was doing and would take the time to chat. I learned a lot about how to treat people with class and respect from the MacDonalds - because that's how they treated everyone - of all walks of life.
