Timothy “Tim” James Williams, 61, owner/operator of Williams Concrete Services, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018. Born in Owensboro, KY, he was the son of the late James Delbert and Bertha Clyde Boling Williams.
A member of the Scott Lodge #702 in Stamping Ground, he was an avid outdoorsman. You could find him with his faithful companion, Gus, either hiking, camping, fishing or even hunting.
He is survived by his children, Wendy Williams (Patrick) Rogers, Lexington, Nichole Stewart, Owensboro and FC2 (SW) Kirk Williams, USN, Norfolk, VA; fiancé, Phyllis Drees, Lexington; sister, Sandy Williams, Owensboro; and grandchildren, Cody, Jordan and Courtney Key, Austin and Savannah Rogers and Phoenix Ryan.
Graveside services will be 11:30 AM Friday at Masonic Cemetery, Stamping Ground, KY. A Celebration of Life will be 5:30-7:30 PM Friday at Johnson’s Funeral Home with Masonic services to be held at 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Caring House, 2625 Pickett Rd, Durham, NC 27705.
