A memorial service celebrating the life of Tyran McClendon Rooks, 21, of Joshua, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, May 15, 2017 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.
Tyran passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in Cleburne, Texas. He was born in Amarillo, Texas on May 11, 1995.
Tyran started Godley High School his sophomore year. He instantly made friends including his now girlfriend Adriana Corona. Less than a year of being together and exploring another state, they got the news that they would be expecting a baby girl.
At 6:12 p.m. on January 10, 2014, weighing 6lbs and 14oz, they became the parents to the beautiful Payton Bri'elle Rooks. She lit up their world and was their pride and joy.
Tyran was the proudest dad and he loved his girls with all of his heart.
The love Tyran had for his family over poured. He was an infectious person and his smile could light up the darkest room.
He was loved by many and he loved his family.
Tyran was preceded in death by his mother, Nakeshia McClendon.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Adriana Corona; daughter, Payton Rooks; mother, Patti Rooks; father, Deahl Rooks; brothers, Dorian McClendon, Charlie, Kyree, Anthony, Jordan, Nico, Kegan and Bubba Rooks; sisters, Crystal Page, Kati, Hallie, Elizabeth, Maya, Alexy, Matti, Precious, Haley, Heather, Ashley and Khloe Rooks; grandmother, Gwen Morris; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
